The best way to contact us is through email. We can check the status of your order and answer any questions you may have. We are available by phone from 8 am to 6 pm cst.
All prices, specifications and terms of sales are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted subject to availability of merchandise. All orders are accepted subject to our standard delivery terms.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. All order are shipped via UPS. If for any reason Variety in Motion cannot meet the required delivery, a customer service representative will contact you. Changes to orders may incur additional charges, and your delivery date may be affected.
Freight handling charges and insurance will be added to the invoice. All shipments are insured for the full net value. Variety in Motion must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise. Original shipping cartons, packing material and damaged contents must be retained for inspection.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded in full minus shipping and handling charges.
Packages that must be rerouted because of wrong zip codes, addresses or suite numbers will be charged the $5-10 fee, so please be sure you have the correct address.
